Jenna Bertrand Director of Operations
Jenna has been a part of the Advanced team for 9 years. In 2014, Jenna started as the Director of First impressions, then Staffing Coordinator while helping in HR/Recruitment. After a year, she became the Operations Manager, later being promoted to her role now as Director of Operations. Jenna has a heart for teamwork. She deals with many different departments in her role, and she is always ready to lend a helping hand. With this open-door mind set, she is available for care providers if anything comes up. She is here to support concerns with clients, internal staff, or life in general. From the new office space to the training center opening, there has been a lot of excitement at Advanced and a lot keeping Jenna busy! However, the most exciting event has yet to happen as far as Jenna is concerned- the Annual Care Provider's Appreciation Picnic on June 16th. This is a time where we get to celebrate and spend time with all of the Care Providers that work hard to support and care for the wellbeing of each of our clients- we couldn't do what we do without all of you! Jenna's time outside of work is full of fun activities. Time she spends with friends and family is time well spent in Jenna's mind. With four beautiful dogs and a cat at home- her house is full of love and play time. When Jenna is not home- she can be found at the local bowling alley going for strikes or traveling the world catching up with her brother that lives in Germany.
